Delivery and Shipping

We ship with Royal Mail for domestic orders and Royal Mail airmail for international orders.

All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Except in the cases of large orders, which will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail standard delivery,with a shipping time of 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends).

All orders to the mainland will be charged at the following rate:

Delivery by Royal Mail airmail.

Europe (includes EU countries Eastern Europe, Russia.)
Western Europe delivery, within 3 working days.

Worldwide delivery within 5 to 7 days.

Please note that our customers who order outside of the European union will be subject to import taxes and or airline handling. Please check with your local customs office to confirm.

If your goods are returned back to Monshea Limited due to non delivery, incorrect address or due to no one being available to sign, you will incur re delivery charges and will not be entitled to a refund.

All orders are issued with a certificate of posting, this can be used as proof of post and used to claim against lost or damaged goods.
